Sharing projects
Private by default — share with your organisation, or publish a read-only link scoped to the whole project or one page.
Every project starts private: only the owner can open it. Two sharing audiences widen access when you're ready.
Share with your organisation
Set the share audience to Organisation and members of your Clerk organisation can open the project. You control whether org members can edit or only view.
On paid organisation plans, projects created in the org workspace are part of the shared pool — teammates can open them without per-project sharing.
Set the share audience to Link to generate an unguessable, read-only URL:
- Anyone with the link can view — no Crux account required.
- Optionally scope the link to a single canvas page, keeping working pages private.
- Regenerate or revoke the link at any time; old links stop working immediately.
Public viewers get a read-only canvas preview — they cannot edit, run skills, or see uploads beyond what's on the shared page.
