Google Drive & Figma
Import documents from Google Drive and design context from Figma / FigJam on paid plans.
Part 3 of 27 in the guide Work with your favourite tools
Crux imports from the places product teams already store evidence and design. Per-tool deep dives:
Google Drive
On paid plans you can connect Google Drive and import Docs, Sheets, slides, PDFs, and more.
- Choose Google Drive from Settings → External sources or the upload dialog.
- Authorise your Google account.
- Browse or search your Drive and pick files to import.
Access uses OAuth — Crux requests read access only to the files you pick, and you can revoke the connection at any time. Imported files show Google Drive in the source filter.
Figma & FigJam
Connect your Figma account to bring frames and FigJam boards into the project as design context.
- Connect from Settings → External sources or the files dialog Figma tab.
- Paste a file or frame link, or browse connected files.
- Frames join Research alongside evidence links to the Experience entities they inform. The Figma source filter shows provenance.
Plugin API tokens for the Crux Figma plugin are managed under Settings → Integrations.
