Share your work
Share canvases with your organisation or via public links, and export boards for decks and documents.
When the work is ready, Crux gives you three ways to get it in front of people.
Share with your organisation
If you work in an organisation workspace, set the project's share audience to Organisation. Members of your org can then open the project; you choose whether they can edit or only view. On paid org plans, projects in the org pool are already shared across the team.
Share a public link
Set the share audience to Link to generate an unguessable read-only URL you can send to anyone — no Crux account needed. You can scope the link to a single canvas page so viewers see the presentation page, not your working pages. Revoke the link at any time.
Export
Export the canvas for use elsewhere:
- PNG — available on every plan.
- PDF, CSV, JSON — available on paid plans; PDF for documents, CSV/JSON for taking structured data into other tools.
Snapshots
On paid plans you can capture a snapshot — an immutable point-in-time version of the canvas. Useful before a big restructure, or to preserve exactly what was presented at a milestone.
Where to go next
You've finished the Introduction to Crux guide. Good next steps:
- Working with AI skills — go deeper on the AI system.
- Team setup & billing — set up an organisation.
- Browse all topics on the support home.
