Organise with pages and todos

As a project grows, three tools keep it manageable: pages, todos, and project knowledge.

Canvas pages

Split work across pages inside one project — like pages in a design file. Common patterns:

• Discovery / Synthesis / Delivery — one page per phase.
• Per research stream — a page per study or data source.
• Working / Presentation — a messy working page and a clean page you share.

Open the Pages panel in the sidebar to add, rename, and switch pages. When you share a project you can choose to publish just one page.

Project todos

The Todos panel is a lightweight task list scoped to the project. Use it to track open questions, follow-ups, and analysis steps. Todos are indexed for search, and skills can create todos for you — for example a research plan can register its steps as todos.

Project knowledge

Project knowledge is the durable memory of the project: goals, constraints, decisions made, key metrics, and assumptions. Open it from the sidebar rail and keep it current — every AI skill reads relevant project knowledge before answering, which is what makes output feel specific to your work instead of generic.

Good entries are short, factual statements:

"Primary persona is the ops manager at mid-market logistics firms." "We decided against a native mobile app for v1 (2026-05-14)."
